Every client is unique, but we always like to start by chatting through needs and goals on the phone or zoom! We think of ourselves as an extension of yoru in-house team and want you to feel at ease. Most clients have long-standing relationships, and we value that foundation of getting to know you beyond your email signature.

Email is always the best way to get ahold of us. Although I often share my cell number for scheduled calls, please keep our written conversations to email so we can both easily reference them. We’re quickest to respond during studio hours of M-F between 9am and 5pm EST. I’m always happy to hop on the phone or a video chat, but please keep in mind that this time is billable.

You’ll receive a clearly itemized invoice from us (with the time of month depending on your project) via Honeybook.

If you have a company server, project management system, or other online storage space, we will deliver work there throughout the course of the project. If not, we’re happy to deliver via Google Drive. Please remember to download your files upon delivery, as we do clean out our storage regularly and cannot guarantee file storage.
We will deliver designs in a variety of flat file types, depending on what’s appropriate for the asset. I don’t share working files, such as PSDs, unless previously negotiated. -
Our referral program is a small way to thank you for sharing us with your friends. You will receive a $50 credit towards your next invoice when someone you refer signs a contract.
You can refer as many people as you would like, but you will receive one $50 credit towards your monthly invoice, or a $50 credit towards an a la carte project over $500. For example, if you refer five new clients who sign on, you will receive a $50 credit towards each of your five next monthly invoices, or the next five a la carte projects over $500.
You will see your credit on the invoice closest to after your referred client signs their contract.
Simply tell your friend or co-worker to mention your name in their initial email or discovery call, and we take care of the rest.
